ck4bet Terms & Conditions — Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck4bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ck4bet website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, promotions, customer support, and financial transactions.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ck4bet platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision set out below, you must immediately cease using the ck4bet platform and close your account.

Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill issued within the past three months. 5. Withdrawals & Processing Times Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash or Nagad is between 5 and 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. ck4bet reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending security checks, compliance reviews, or resolution of disputes. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the platform's cashier section at all times.
6. Wagering & Betting Rules All bets placed on ck4bet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or casino product. For casino games including slots and live dealer tables, the rules of each individual game — including return-to-player (RTP) rates and house edge — govern outcomes. 7. Void Bets & Cancelled Events ck4bet reserves the right to declare a bet void where: (a) an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion; (b) a clear and material error has been made in the odds displayed; (c) the integrity of the event is in question due to suspected match manipulation; or (d) a system error has resulted in an incorrect settlement. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance. Void decisions are final.

9. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from ck4bet. Unauthorised use of ck4bet intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck4bet shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform; (b) loss of winnings due to system errors, where the bet was placed under circumstances that constitute a material error; (c) damages caused by third-party services including payment processors; or (d) losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms. ck4bet's total aggregate liability to any single player shall not exceed the value of the disputed transaction.
11. Suspension & Account Closure ck4bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; or (e) required KYC documentation has not been provided. On closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to completed verification.
12. Amendments to These Terms ck4bet may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform.
